We are partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to appoint a Compliance Officer in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the Head of Asia Compliance, this role will support the firm’s regional compliance framework with a primary focus on Singapore regulatory matters, while also providing broader APAC compliance coverage.

Key Responsibilities
- Support MAS regulatory and CMS license compliance obligations
- Provide compliance advisory on business and APAC marketing activities
- Review marketing materials, filings, and regulatory submissions
