The Compliance function is responsible for helping Pictet’s senior management manage the compliance risks faced by Pictet. This role will focus on the risks faced by Pictet’s Singapore bank, Banque Pictet & Cie SA (BPSA) Singapore Branch.
The AML/CFT Compliance Officer is part of the team that oversees the Bank’s financial crime framework, focused primarily on AML/CFT and sanctions compliance. The incumbent performs systematic AML/CFT reviews on high-risk clients before onboarding and subsequent periodic reviews, reviews alerts/issues escalated by first-line functions and reports suspicions of criminal or sanctioned activity, and provides advice on AML/CFT and sanctions management.
