Job Description
A dynamic and human size Trust company is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new client on-boarding
- Ongoing review of compliance files
- Ability to contribute and to improve the existing compliance directives and procedures
- Ongoing compliance support relating to both Swiss & international matters including reporting obligations (CRS & FATCA)
- To work closely with trust team to ensure completion of ongoing compliance objectives and projects
- Provide training to new employees on systems and compliance policies
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of client documentation and regulations in Swiss trust industry
- Good knowledge of CRS and FATCA regulations
- General knowledge of Swiss & international tax system and the local statutory requirements
