Job Purpose Regulatory and Internal Policy compliance Job Responsibilities(JR) : Actionable Core Compliance Initial Compliance Review through Task central for all new and amended regulation (existing circular/regulation if not part of cermo database also to be included) Ensure CERMO data is update and co-ordinate self-certification reviews Regulatory clarifications Approval of Policies, Product Notes, Process Notes – ensure regulatory guidelines as per cermo database is incorporated and controls defined to ensure sustenance of compliance) Map the control document to every regulation para which will be referred by compliance testing during their review, ensure approval through idreams Compliance Risk Assessment Ensuring that the Bank is in Compliance with the relevant guidelines issued by various regulators in respect of the assigned functional areas, including Compliance Reviews Review new products, procedures, system implementation which will result in all the activities of the bank b...
