Overview
Our client is a global fund with offices around the world. You will join an established legal and compliance / risk team in Singapore with an opportunity to lead the function on day one or as a career development program.
Focus of Work- MAS related work: 30%
- General Compliance: 25%
- You will play a key role both hands-on and as a leader for MAS interactions, this includes CMS licensing, liaising with the MAS on reviews, and leading all reporting and regulatory developments.
- You will form part of a team that develops frameworks including post-review assessment, and the implementation of risk and compliance initiatives.
- You will work closely with sales, marketing and distribution teams on all cross-border related matters, playing a strategic and operational support role.
