+ This department is responsible for the e-verify, I-9 process, and other HR employment processes.
+ Working with full time employees, the contractor will action on I-9 cases in the HR Information system, including matching employee files with government records, and documenting case information.
+ Specialist will be responsible for emailing or calling internal Managers to obtain additional documents or information.
+ This person will navigate the system to make sure there are appropriate documents in place for employees to be eligible to work (i.e. ensuring identification matches, legal residency, etc.)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience navigating various computer systems and performing data entry
+ Ability to analyze information and act diligently
+ Must be able to type 60 WPM
+ Prior experience in HR role preferred
+ I-9 experience/legal knowledge is a plus
