About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support and strengthen our compliance function in Indonesia. You will work closely with the local management team and regional compliance leads to make sure the business runs in line with Indonesian laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This is an individual contributor role that covers day-to-day compliance operations, regulatory monitoring, cross-team coordination, and keeping documentation audit-ready at all times.
What You Will Do:
Regulatory Monitoring and Analysis
- Track and monitor updates from OJK, Bappebti, CFX, Clearing Houses, Custodians, and other relevant regulators
- Assess how new regulations impact the business and prepare clear summaries covering key changes, company obligations, and compliance risks for the Head of Legal and Compliance
