Job Description
Currently we have an exciting opportunity with our Work Ready program as a Compliance Specialist. Work Ready provides services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.
This role, located in our Center City Philadelphia office offers flexibility and a hybrid environment. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.
Job duties for this position will include:
+ Monitoring participants’ participation.
+ Generate and review reports to track participant’s weekly hours to determine program compliance.
+ Compile and submit documentation to the Team to ensure documents are not missing.
+ Assist in monthly reconciliation of participant data to ensure accuracy in the databases.
+ Review on-going case notes to provide direction on clinical intervention and/or content.
