Overview
Annual salary: up to £32,510.38
Location: Yorkshire – field based
Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm.
Responsibilities
- Complete approximately 20 tenanted property compliance checks per day across Yorkshire.
- Carry out monthly fire alarm and smoke alarm tests.
- Carry out monthly emergency lighting checks.
- Carry out monthly Legionella water hygiene checks in occupied properties.
- Possibly carry out PAT (portable appliance testing) if holding relevant qualification.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, ensuring all checks are completed in line with current regulations and company procedures.
- Accurately record results and findings using the required documentation or handheld systems.
