Advanced composites manufacturing is evolving quickly, but very few businesses are genuinely pushing beyond the limitations of traditional processes.
This is to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team developing advanced composite structures for aerospace, defence and high-performance engineering applications. The environment is fast-paced, hands‑on and highly collaborative, suited to someone who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges and improving processes continuously.
Working across production, quality and engineering teams, you’ll play a key role in refining and optimising composite manufacturing processes, ensuring products move efficiently from development into production.
