Job Description
What you will do:
- The Plant Operations Procurement MRO Buyer (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) is a plant-based position responsible for efficiently execute P2P process (procure to pay).
Plant Operations Procurement MRO Buyer responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, evaluating, qualifying, contracting, onboarding, and developing new vendors/suppliers.
- Sourcing; negotiating; and buying goods, materials, and services to meet the plant's operational requirements.
- Support in creating purchase order systems, alerts for order fulfillment and invoice generation, and provides additional order documentation as needed.
- Managing the vendor/supplier relationships and resolve any unforeseen problems with suppliers relating to operations, purchasing or quality/performance.
- Ensures a Complaint procurement's process execution.
