Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and designing OSP fiber infrastructure as well as fiber schematics.
- Create accurate OSP network maps.
- Prepare drawings and designs according to client engineering specifications using applicable software.
- Provide support to other internal teams as needed such as to permit packages and traffic control plans.
- Make design decisions regarding construction and safety methods in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as client supplied information.
- Prepare detailed Construction Drawings for clients adhering to industry standards.
- Communicate with internal staff and clients over phone and email.
- Manage production/time of multiple workflows.
- Perform quality checks on plan design drawings.
- Have familiarity with telecom projects detailing outdoor equipment, indoor building layouts, and fiber diagrams.
