Position Summary
The Opportunity: Skagit Valley College is accepting applications for associate faculty to teach for the Computer Science Department . The purpose of posting this position is to build a pool of qualified instructors interested in teaching Linear Algebra, Foundations of Computer Science, Discrete Math, Database and Information Management, Data Structures and Algorithms, Software Engineering, Principles of Computer Systems, Algorithmic Problem Solving, Security Foundations, and Programming Languages. This Associate Faculty position will instruct students seeking their degree in Computer Science. This position will develop and incorporate curriculum, provide class syllabi and course outcomes, and assist in assessing monitoring, and documenting student performance. This position will report to the Academic Dean.
