Job Responsibilities
System Administration (Quality & Facility Systems)
- Serve as the primary IT administrator for critical site systems, including EQMS (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise), BMS, and EMS.
- Monitor system health, apply software patches, and manage SQL database performance for these applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors and external contractors for high-level troubleshooting, upgrades, and system integrations.
