Position Overview
This is a part-time seasonal position at the RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October, and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are commonly on evenings and weekends, with a few full-day events scheduled.
Listed are some of the key responsibilities and duties required of a Stand Lead:
+ Stand Leads are responsible for ensuring the overall smooth operation of their designated location.
+ Maintaining stock levels and following the necessary ordering procedures when required.
+ Required to instruct, direct, and supervise all staff working in the designated location to ensure all duties are being performed according to set policies, standards and health and safety, along with maintaining the highest possible customer service standards.
+ Required to efficiently count opening and closing inventory.
