Role Overview
As a Receptionist and Guest Services Coordinator, you will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests at our luxury hotel in Ajman.
Duties
- Greet and check in guests.
- Handle reservations.
- Provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Ensure all guest needs are met during their stay.
- Assist with coordinating guest services such as room service, housekeeping, and transportation.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: 900$ per month plus accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.
Applicants from Egypt or the Philippines are preferred.
