Job Responsibilities- Attend to all enquirers and render assistance to shoppers or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service
- Handle administrative work related to gift redemption during mall promotional activities, sales of gift vouchers
- Be familiar and well-versed with the mall's floor plan, facilities and available services
- Provide directional assistance to shoppers/tourists
- Handle complaints and suggestions with professionalism
- Day-to-day maintain and update database management
- Administrate all written or verbal feedback from desk
- Answer incoming call enquirers
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
