Job Summary
As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and residents in a luxury residential building in Gujrat. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with luggage, packages and other belongings upon arrival and departure.
- Answer phone calls, take messages and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Book reservations for restaurants, events, transportation etc. as requested by guests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management if necessary.
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
