Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check‑in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities and policies
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently
