Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient support to guests regarding airport transfers, local attractions, and directions, both in person and via email.
- Collect, maintain, and update accurate details on operating hours of attractions and food & beverage outlets within Sentosa.
- Monitor and compile information on all ongoing promotions across the island.
- Ensure all printed materials and guest-facing resources remain current and relevant.
- Regularly evaluate concierge Standard Operating Procedures and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
- Lead and assist with driveway services including doorman duties, bellman support, and buggy service coordination.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth operations.
