As a CBRE Concierge, you will assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs, including making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and providing recommendations on local attractions. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, responsible for delivering world‑class customer service to clients and visitors of a designated building.

• Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility and greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Record and log service requests and track the statuses, providing administrative aid to management as needed.
