Responsibilities
- Shift supervision across the concierge desk area
- Facilitate guest arrivals, departures and in‑hotel service
- Share local knowledge, promote loyalty and upsell hotel facilities
- Lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Liaise with all departments to ensure required follow‑up is completed
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, early mornings and late nights, on a 7‑day/ week roster
