Concrete Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

● Concrete Operations Oversight: Manage all activities pertaining to concrete, representing 80% of the core duties.

● Technical Calculations & Ordering: Calculate total MQB requirements and place accurate concrete orders based on technical specifications.

● Quality Control: Inspect concrete quality and flow; monitor transit mixers to ensure material integrity.

● Execution & Finishing: Supervise the preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing of concrete, including necessary repairs to walls and beams.

● Manpower Management: Effectively handle and lead site personnel (10% of the role).

● Problem Resolution: Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure project quality and timely completion (10% of the role).
