Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management and maintenance for the common areas of the deployed estate/building.
- Require to supervise the estate/building management, maintenance and security personnel and term and ad-hoc contractors engaged to maintain and upkeep the building and facilities
- Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant certificates & licence renewal.
- Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the estate/building.
- Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common properties.
- Preparation of meetings including management report and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting.
- General Administrative works.
- Welcome fresh graduates (OJT will be provided).
