As a Conference Porter main responsibilities will include:
To be responsible for ensuring that meeting space is set up as per guest requirements and according to EHC conference standardsEnsure that meeting/function space is always clean and presentableTo meet and greet guests upon arrivalTo service lunch and refreshments breaks on time and according to EHC standardsClean out rooms at the end of functions and re-set rooms for next functionEnsure all equipment are kept in a safe and tidy conditionTo direct guests to areas of the hotelTo ensure guests are helped at all timesThank you for recognising this great opportunity, join us and you’ll get the benefit of:
