Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, compensation and benefits, training, payroll, and employee records. Reporting directly to the President, this role is responsible for executing the organization’s HR strategy and ensuring that all HR programs, policies, and initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
