JOB OVERVIEW:
The Change Implementer/Specialist will be responsible for the implementation phase of the change process at the NDS Mesa facility. The Change Implementer/Specialist position will take direction from the Configuration Manager and will plan and conduct weekly Change Review Board (CRB) and Change Implementation Board (CIB) meetings with program team members. A qualified candidate must take ownership of and efficiently facilitate the change implementation process at the NDS Mesa facility.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the aerospace/defense industry in terms of configuration management, CM2 knowledge, change implementation, and impact analysis. The Change Implementer/Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of document changes, reviewing engineering Change Notice (CN) documentation, and conducting impact analysis on proposed changes per standards set by the Configuration Manager.
