As a leader of the Connor crew, you are responsible for supporting your store and the store crew. This is achieved by having a customer first mentality outfitting our customers with confidence, style and comfort as well as providing exceptional store presentation through efficiently carrying out operational tasks, by self and through the performance of others.
Connor management crew demonstrate a connection to our core values and cultural statements, bringing energy, drive, teamwork, and leadership to every shift.
