Responsibilities
- Own the customer’s experience and ensure a positive impact on their day.
- Complete the administration required to run the Service Centre seamlessly.
- Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to boost store performance.
- Work with our insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money.
- Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and helping with occasional small repairs on windshields.
- Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and solve problems.
