Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Core Construction Accounting
- Maintain accurate job cost accounting across all active projects
- Prepare and manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules, including revenue recognition and cost tracking
- Track retainage, committed costs, and budget vs. actual performance
- Ensure alignment between Procore (or PM systems) and Sage 300
- Support job “buyout” tracking and subcontractor financial coordination
2. Cash Flow & Financial Visibility (CRITICAL FOCUS)
- Develop and maintain cash flow projections at both company and project levels
- Provide leadership with clear, timely insight into cash position and future needs
