Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter accounts payable invoices into Xero and match to POs/projects.
- Process accounts receivable invoices as instructed.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Allocate costs to correct projects and cost codes.
- Support ProjectPay workflows by uploading and matching invoices.
- Maintain supplier statements and support reconciliation of balances.
- Assist with month-end processes (basic accruals, reconciliations, schedules).
