GENERAL SUMMARY
The Construction Administrator reports to a Managing Director. Responsible for scope, schedule, and budget. Work under the direction of the Managing Director and in cooperation with the Project Architect and Project Designer to develop high-quality design on time and within budget.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
This position requires working closely with a team of in-house architects, interior designers, planners, landscape architects, and consultants on multiple projects with a variety of project diversity throughout the Southeast to meet scheduled deliverables. The successful candidate must b...
