Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a **Construction Contracts Manager 4** to join their team. You will be part of the **Lease Delivery Execution Operational Planning (EOP)** team supporting **AMERS Data Center Construction** programs and cross-functional execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong **problem-solving skills** , **excellent communication abilities** , and **exceptional organizational skills** which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Redmond, WA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
**Pay Range:** $80.24 - $86.41 per hour
