A reputable construction firm is currently in search of a Construction Director to join their team in Cape Town.
Requirements:
•BTech: Construction Management
•Professionally registered with SACPCMP
•10 years’ experience in the development of commercial and residential projects
•Management of projects from inception to completion
•Experience in organisation and project planning
•Experience in quality and risk assessment
•Extensive experience in the management of the JBCC and NEC form of contracts
•Management of legal compliance and construction regulations
•Negotiation of agreements
•Management of budget and time of projects
•Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS Candy
