Construction Director - Massar Business Solutions
The Construction Director is the senior leader responsible for overseeing the delivery performance of the EPC contractor across the full project life cycle. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
The successful candidate will help ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, to the required quality standards, and in line with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. This is a key leadership role for someone with strong experience in large and complex civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Delivery:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the overall project plan, including schedules, budgets, resource planning, and quality control procedures.
