Professional responsible for the technical documentation of a large-scale data centre construction project. This role ensures that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating document control procedures and systems, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.
- Coordinating with the project management team to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
- Monitoring document workflows and ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Providing training and supporting to the project team on document control processes and systems.
