Construction Estimation Manager - Bids & Budgets Lead

TAT IT Technologies in Sharjah is looking for an Estimation Manager to lead the estimation function for various construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions while managing bid strategies, analyzing costs, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with experience in tendering and bid management. Preferred certifications include PMP and CCP. Strong knowledge of cost management tools is essential.
