A well-established custom home builder is seeking an experienced Production & Sales Estimator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on bespoke, architecturally designed homes with a builder known for quality craftsmanship and client-focused delivery.
About the Role You’ll play a key role across both sales and production estimating, working closely with clients, sales consultants, and construction teams to ensure accurate costing and smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed sales estimates and tender documentation for custom residential projects
- Complete production estimating including BOQs, take-offs, and trade costings
- Interpret architectural drawings and specifications with precision
