We are looking for an Estimator with experience in Masonry , take-off, and calculations for civil projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Auto CAD and 2+ years in residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects in the US. Technical Knowledge & Skills Required: • Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient • Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience • Experience working with Stones, Stucco and CMU. • Knowledge in Software tools: such as Auto CAD, Plan Swift, Countfire, etc. • Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations, take-offs, budgets relative to all construction details • Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches • Perform component-based material take-offs from prepared shop drawings Soft Skills Required: ...
