Job Description
Coordinate and supervise workers on construction sites. Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to construction labourers. Liaise with contractors, managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination. Interpret construction drawings and translate blueprints into work plans. Organise manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site operations. Monitor site works, progress, productivity, and quality to ensure timely project completion. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve site-related issues. Maintain records of site activities, manpower attendance, and work progress.
