Job Description
Construction General Foreman & Supervisor duties include hiring construction workers and trade professionals, monitoring budgeting expenses, as well as reviewing laws by regulating safety on-site while maintaining it throughout all stages. Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. Supervise core construction team to comply with Site Superintendent and Construction Manager directives. Oversee execution of work, including quality and production. Understand and enforce run rates as established by site management team. Manage and guide proper use of tools and equipment. Ensure completion of equipment daily maintenance, cleaning and safety checks of equipment. Supervises duties of Foremen and Crew members. Provides project progress and communications to Division Manager and/or Senior Managers, as well as customer representatives. Prepares crew performance appraisals.
