About the job Construction Management Associate
PROJECT BASED FOR 6 MONTHS
FILINVEST COMPANY: SHAREPRO, INC.
The main responsibility of a RTOU Project engineer is to supervise and ensure repair and take over works will be completed within timeframe and quality standard per assigned projects. He will monitor repair work progress in a daily basis and ensure all units repaired are ready for turnover.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspection, Evaluation Report and Costing
- Inspect/punchlist unit/s for sold, unsold, HDMF, NHMFC and post move-in requests and identify consequential works needed.
- Prepare scope of works and quantification/budgetary costing base on punchlist/inspection conducted, plan/s and specifications
- Assist in renovation/special projects inspection and documentations as needed
- Secure materials (if applicable) and contractors
