Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project (MSP) and general computer software. Should have knowledge of Autocad and BIM software.
- Willing to be assigned to Tuguegarao City.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Comfortable reading and understanding PDF and CAD drawings
- Hands-on knowledge about necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
- English proficiency on a business level (both written and oral)
Relevant Experience/ knowledge
- 5-6 years of experience in project management within ground-up building construction and construction of high-end commercial interior fit-out
