Position Summary
We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of single-family homes throughout the Chesterfield market. This individual will manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple homes through all phases of construction, from groundbreaking through closing.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure timely home deliveries.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
