The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of Stepan’s capital projects typically between $1M and $3M. Key responsibilities of the role include organizing, and managing the scope of work, ensuring compliance with Stepan’s EHS&S policies, evaluating and challenging change orders, developing logistics and execution plans, and ensuring constructability through early participation in project development.
