Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Implement site safety programs and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of subcontractors and workforce.
- Resolve construction-related issues proactively.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction teams effectively.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $6,500 to $8,500
