KRA 1: Strategy development



Execute strategic construction planning for the expansion of company brand. Ensuring the construction and operation of company stores is carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Set up and manage store construction lists to ensure stores open according to the company‘s business plan.

KRA 2: Strategy execution and team management


Leads and manages the CE team to ensure proper implementation, correct strategy, coordination to achieve goals, with the highest efficiency in CE department activities.



Manage a series of activities of the CE team to ensure output results meet targets associated with the Company‘s business results and strategies.
