On behalf of our client, a globally renowned Project & Cost Management Consultant, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major Hotel Refurbishment Project in Johor, Malaysia . In this role, you will oversee all construction activities on a complex, live‑environment hospitality refurbishment, ensuring seamless execution, strict safety compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
