Responsibilities Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors. Oversee site management and promptly resolve any technical issues that arise on-site. Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor subcontractors' productivity rates and integrate them into the project schedule. Develop and implement tracking systems to closely monitor site activities and project progress. Conduct regular meetings with construction staff to enhance quality control and best practices.
