Overview
The Construction Manager (Mechanical) will be responsible for the full spectrum of design review, procurement, construction, T&C and handover.
Responsibilities
- Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate authority submissions and approvals.
- Track, coordinate and facilitate responses to RFIs, CORs, project needs.
- Manage coordination of approvals for shop drawings, model reviews, vendor documents approvals, etc.
- Manage final accounts closing.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical systems including HVAC, fire, process gases, sanitary & plumbing.
- MEP construction management experience in pharma/industrial projects with overall project management capabilities, site planning, monitoring, and schedule control.
